Meet The CEO

Larry Smith has a B.Sc. in Information Science, an MBA, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Larry founded Next Stage Consulting, to help organizations achieve the “Next Stage” of success.

Larry has led a number of companies over the past 25 years. The last 3 companies, where Larry had executive roles, sold for a combined value of over half a billion dollars,.

After decades of executive level business experience, Larry remains passionate about building successful companies. His perennial business insights and the desire to accelerate organizational success, motivate him to make breakthroughs with other leaders and organizations.

Larry continues to support the business community, including as an Executive in Residence at Accelerate Okanagan and as a member of the Okanagan Executive for the Institute of Corporate Directors.
